We've been breeding Pixie Bobs for 14 years. We strive for the perfect Pixie Bob face, an excellent temperament, but prefer cooler colored Pixie Bobs with short hair who are not polydactyl. We feel their markings are easier to see (and their markings are a big part of what we all love about Pixie Bobs, isn't it?) when they are cool colored and have short hair and simply prefer the look of straight-footed Pixie Bobs over that of polydactyl Pixie Bobs. Of course, when the perfect Pixie Bob is polydactyl or long-haired, you can't really look the gift-horse in the mouth, can you?
